One Piece C Server Looking To Recruit Staff Members.

Hi everyone i am currently making a one piece server with some people and i am looking for staff to help us make the server and i would like it if you could hel us.
The most important positions that we need right now are:
Builders, they will make all the ships the town the city's the marine bases ect.
Lore Writers they will create a lore for all the towns islands and quest's they will have to make the lore fun.
Texture Creators they will create all the weapons and some other stuff that we will ask you to do they wil have to try to make it look like the one's from the One Piece Series.
Designers they will create the skins of all the characters we will need they will also make the logos ect.
Builders
The builders will create all of the towns city's houses and ships from the series they wil have to make it look like the one from the series. they will also be making some other structures that we will ask them to do later on they are really important on our server.
Texture Creators
The Texture creators will make all the weapons from the Series they will most definitly have to look a lot like the one from the series. Later on we will probably ask them to make some other cool stuff but for now thats the most important things
Lore Writers
The lore writers wll create the whole story from the series and it will have to look alot like they story from the series but you will have to make a few fun changes here and there to make the story better adn funner for the players.
Designers
The designers will create the skins of some cool characters from the series we ask you to make the skins resemble the characters from the series as much as possible. They will also be making the logo for the server it will have to look cool and ofcourse be related to the server.
There will also be alot of other roles available like Admin, Helper, Quester, Moderator ect. those are just the most important if you want to apply for other roles that aren't up there please do they are also available.
