Looking for someone to start a faction server with me

Here's the story:
I Have tried to host one in the past but my laptop cannot handle the fact that there is a bukkit server running with minecraft so if someone could just host the server i would do all the stuff like coding the plugins and making chest shops etc. Please reply if your interested, P.S i know how to portforward if you don't so i can do that for you aswell
