Looking for specific Land Plugin or a Server with something similar.

I used to play on a server called Hatventures and loved it solely because of the Land Plugin.
Basically you would do /claim and its would claim an entire chunk and after that you would gain money by selling stuff. eventually you could do /shop and buy upgrades for you claim, such as haste, mining efficiency, speed and even Fly and these would only apply inside of the claim. so my question is do you know of a plugin similar to this or a server hosting such Plugin?.

I used SimpleClans which offers fully configurable land claiming like Diamond Block = 20x20 protection.

Or even a Land claiming plugin that I will be able to edit it to enable the option to purchase the abilities that will only be active in the specified land claim.
