Looking for staff ASAP

Hello everyone!
My name is ShadyPotatoes and I am the owner/founder of Blue Moon Network. We currently are a java and bedrock survival based network that is java 1.7- 1.19. We usually get anywhere from 15 to over 30 people on daily, depending on the time of day. We also have 2100+ people in the discord.
Gamemodes:
We have two different survival servers to offer; Neptune and Saturn survival.
- Neptune survival has a more "modded" feel, there is land claiming (griefing is not allowed), pvp is only in the designated arena, and many quality of life plugins such as backpacks, marriage, night acceleration, and more. This gamemode is not competitive at all and is very relaxed!
-Then we have Saturn survival for those who want an almost entirely vanilla survival experience. Griefing, stealing, and killing is all allowed anywhere on the server and there are very few plugins. There are only a few things such as homes and teleportation to other players. Most ranks perks are disabled in this specific gamemode to prevent being p2w.
We also have a creative gamemode on the server and the popular mini game: survival games!
Why should you apply for staff?
We are a welcoming and supportive staff team that wants our fellow staff members to succeed and thrive. We will guide you and support you through whatever help you may need when issuing punishments, dealing with tricky situations, etc. Our staff team is very close knit and always looking for more people to help out. The specific requirements to apply are listed on the application itself. You do not need any prior staffing experience to apply.
Right now we are only looking for some moderators who want to grow within the team. All of our current sr. mods/admins were promoted through the chain so there is tons of opportunity for growth. If you are also looking for a long term server to staff on, come check us out! This past April it was the 2 year anniversary since the server was created!
All info about the application process is on the FAQ section on the website/discord. At this time we are not looking for any managerial, builder, paid, or developer positions.
