Server rules you must uphold as a player in the server are,

PVP RESTRICTIONS: Player vs player is only permitted in the county land owned by a person under Governor status, mayors can issue pvp arenas in towns if they wish to do so, but check with your local mayor of the specified town, by visiting a city hall near you. PVP is allowed outside of city limits, but not on another players property, unless it can be proven the other player was willing to participate.

(punishment under these rules will be bannishment once proven guilty)

City Restrictions: A city must have a mayor, mayors may be voted out or in by players (unlike governors) Pvp is strictly limited in cities under (Governer Status players) rules. You must inform a mayor if you are going to pvp in a city. Building in a city can only be permitted once you are granted to do so by that particular cities mayor player. Trespassing is heavily restricted in cities due to griefing, you must put up signs stating (NO TRESPASSING) in the city, or it will be a violation and could cost you materials due to greifing. You may not destroy or construct in a city unless you have authorization by a mayor to do so, Governor status players can not grant you access, approval to build, destroy, or pvp. Mayors must build a city hall in town and have resource buckets available for players to benefit the city. Mayors can command you to do whatever is necessary or needed to be done if living in city limits. Mayors must issue or put up signs stating rules and regulations regarding what they want for their town, as well as the town name, and mayor's name. City limit markers must also be applied around the city along with that particular cities name.
(If the word city is not used then you must follow under county rules such as "Liberty City" "Port Liberty" , Port Liberty will not be covered by the city rules above.)

County restrictions: Pvp is not enforced in the county and is okay to do so, just so long as you do not pvp on another players property. Permission is not necessary to build on county land, anyone can build once they leave city limits. You are however required to place property markers saying (PRIVATE PROPERTY) along the land you have claimed. Failing to do so can result in an unwanted grief or loss of property.
