I am in need of a Project Leader for Paramount Realms. Paramount Realms is a project set up by a network of company's that want to create a community Minecraft server. We need a mature, reliable and dedicated project leader that will lead their own management team to create and provide the best community we can offer. Dedication is a major part in Paramount Realms development as we need a project leader that can devote their time and effort for a long period of time.

You will be working with myself as your leading manager and you will manage your own team.

Our mission statement:

"We want to create a fun enjoyable server for all ages. We want and will have mature and responsible staff that will create extraordinary gameplay, that is safe and fair.
We will donate a percentage of our profits to good causes
We will listen to our community
We will act upon what our community say
We will hold votes on when an idea is bought forward to that all of us get a vote!
