Hey, my name is Ryan and i'm the Community Manager for the Winds Of Winter server.
It is my job to find suitable and talented players with skills that can benefit our server.

We currently are in-need of around three builders:
Builder (3): Age 15+. Must be willing to take direction and work as a team. Must have experience building in minecraft. World Edit and Voxel Sniper skills are a plus.

Interview tips!
1 - Try to sound lively.
2 - Answer every question with a little story behind it.
3 - Give examples of builds you have taken part in.
4 - Don't stretch the interview out too long.
5 - The owners a funny guy, so make you laugh at his jokes.
