Experience? I Have worked on my owne server for a good bit it had a player base for 20-30 And kept up for a good bit. But I Have Also Worked For GeoVillage And Many More.
What will you do to make the server a better place? I love to see people smile and keep it friendly i will help out always without being asked to join the server i love helping out it makes me feel good
