What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? –
I believe that I have a lot of experience. I own a server that is about 1 year old, and since then I have many experience. I am currently Trial-Mod on one server, Admin on another, and Co-Owner on another server but it shut down. I have a lot of experience.
How long have you been playing on the server? - I have not been on your server before, sorry!

What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - I would tell them to be patient, keep calm, and be mature.

In a situation where they are being a problem to ones personal self like verbal harassment would be to leave the server until the individual problem has left or to keep themselves away from that person and to report the problem to a mod or admin, it really depends on the situation.
