Need Builders for new roleplay server!

The Project.
I would really like to make an open world roleplay server, and I would do it myself, except I suck at building. I can configure and set up the plugins all day long, but when it comes to building, I have no skill what-so-ever. That is why I am asking for your help.
I am thinking about making a map with a border radius of 2000 blocks. Maybe 2500 blocks. Your probably thinking "Holy crap! I can't fill a map by myself!" That's why I'd need a bunch of people. The map, I'm thinking should have custom terrain, with various houses, villages, mansions, farms, castles, and other medieval/fantasy themed structures scattered around the map. Through the use of various plugins such as Citizens 2, Quests, and EpicBoss, we'll be able to create a world with a unique experience (at least that's what I'm hoping).
The player will be able to accept quests, kill mobs for custom loot, trade for better gear at the villager shops, battle bosses, and much more. I want to make this an experience that makes a player think that this isn't Minecraft. I hope you get what I'm saying (I'm tired and it's 2 am).
Requirements.
I don't really have very strict requirements to join the team. I'd really love it if you had Skype and maybe TeamSpeak. Building skills should be above decent. I don't really care how old, as long as you are mature. Working well with others is a must.

Once we finish, I am planning on making this a public server. I hope to bring in some money to pay everyone back, but don't expect it if nothing comes in. As this project comes along, I'm hoping this team will be able to work well together, so I can make all everyone who helped make this a staff member.
Other stuff I need help with.
TerrainControl specialists: I need people to help me make some sweet terrain with TerrainControl. I tried, and failed.
Graphic Designers: Create pictures for the server, like a banner, logo, and one of those fancy picture things that has the server description on it.
Why don't I just do this myself?
As I mentioned before, I am a sub-par builder. I could not manage all of this (to the extent of which I am planning it). Well, I guess I could do this, but I'd give up within a week. I would not get much done, and I'd lose interest. I need people's help, input, and motivation to keep this idea going. Anything is just easier to do when you have other people's help (well, most things).
