Need really good builders!

Hi, i recently started a server called WhiterMC. And i really need staff. By any chance is anyone willing
to be a PASSIONATE staff member that is kind to other players.
PS:We only get 3-4 players a week, but i will try to get more on when the server lobby looks better.
How to apply:
Please include:
* USERNAME?
* BUILDER/ADMIN/PLUGIN DEV?
* HOW CAN YOU HELP?
* EVER BEEN BANNED FROM ANOTHER SERVER BEFORE AND WHY?
* ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT DOING THE JOB?
* IF YOU WANT TO BECOME A PLUGIN DEV, YOU SHOULD KNOW JAVA (duh)

How can you help?: Well i worked on a couple servers as mod admin and builder so i have the experience all so i had an own server my self. I know how to handle every situation and would love to have a job on a server again.
Ever been banned from another server before and why?: No never been banned
Are you passionate about doing the Job?: As i said before yes i love doing this job and it has been a while ago that i had a job like this so i`m really passionated and would love to do the job
