We want to be able to sell both Donator ranks, and ranks bought with real money.

We understand slightly with the Prefix and Suffix but...Its not working
Donator rank given for the first person to help.

If this is what you mean. You need to do ./mangaddv Warrior prefix <Rank color and name>
and
/mangaddv Owner suffix <rank color and name>
