hello, I have been working on a server for some time with a good staff of builders, we are currently at a stand still on a plugin and having to go around it and come back to it, this is a bungee server that has several game types, right now we are in the need of a plugin called OtherDrops I would set it up myself or at least try if I wasn't so busy with other stuff server related, this would just speed up its progress a lot.

NOTE: This is what I have so far, we ca work out a price range once it is finished ,but you could tell me how complicated it would be in a range of hours/days to setup and we can work out a price from there.

0 Default Drops
Zombies Damage 2 damage per hit on zombie
Baby Zombies damage 1 damage per hit on zombie
Giants Damage 3 Damage per hit on Giant.
Using a Water Bottle has a 1% chance to spawn a zombie (If possible)

NOTE: If possible with a custom item plugin, have the ability to have different healing potion types that drops "Lesser, Minor, Greater" (Only if it is possible)

NOTE: Name Water Bottle as something like "Bottled Water" as it is used in a Thirst plugin.
