Hello everyone. I plan on starting a community within Minecraft and am in need of help. I currently have a server up and a website. The first server we will be working on is a Factions server. There is no pay in the beginning but assuming that the community will turn into a success the people who started from the bottom helping the community will be applicable to some type of payment if possible. I am looking for anybody over the age of 16 that is good with Minecraft Bukkit Server Mods, Building, and server staff as well as site staff.
