Position: Do you need moderators? I would prefer that, otherwise I can be a builder.
Why you should be picked: Well, I can enforce rules, I know alot of staff commands. Im an average builder and redstoner.

It is too risky to let someone else host your server, because at any time they could decide that THEY want a server and would take yours down. Also, anyone who can make a server, would. But I can help you with making it on your computer!
