My name is SubKnight and I love keeping things organized.
When it comes to making sure everything is being done best as possible, both for staff and players, I cannot hold myself back!
I specialize in creating forms, documents, spreadsheets, and more!
Assignment: I'll help you assign staff members to different jobs and interview new/potential staff members, and even provide a free application form to better get a sense of character. While I am helping, I will not be going by my standards, but by your standards.
It's your server and your rules.
Documentation: I'll create documents such as guides, rules, policy, etc. for your servers to better help the staff know what they're involved with and what they would need to do. While I am helping, I not be creating rules or policies.

Scheduling: I'll help you schedule your staff to best suit both the server and the staffs needs. While I am helping, I will not be directly deciding their schedules, but instead following your best interest.

Managing: I'll help you make sure the staff are doing their job adequately and proficiently. While I am helping, I will not be directly disciplining your staff and enforcing the rules but instead making statistical reports on how they are performing.
