Does anyone have newer SMPs that are like Empires SMP?

If you have a server and need more skilled people I've made reasons for why I should be in one:

-Decent At Building
-Good With Lore
-Knows Good Tips And Tricks

The only things I'm looking for in an SMP is:

-Each player can choose a biome to build/settle/live in
-Vanilla Tweaks Datapacks
-8 to 18 People (tons of people gets overwhelming)
-Each Player's Empires/Plots/Bases Within 700 to 1000 blocks

Only downside:

-No VC
