The new survival server request

I need to get my mind off my 'friend' who has been refusing and refusing to come to a server where i set everything up for him, so now, I'm gonna just move on from that server AND them, so...
That's why I am here.
Here is the requirements:
SURVIVAL ONLY: I don't want super-ultra-omega-skyblock-pvp-blockhunt-skywars-bedwars-cakewars-findthebutton.
NOT POPULAR AF: 20-ish members is my limit, I can't deal with much.
NON-TOXIC: If I am being called a ****tard or something in my first few days I ain't staying or suggesting that server.
RESPECTABLE AND RESPECTING ADMINS: I just think that the admins shouldn't call me what was stated in the previous requirement.
/HOME AND CLAIMS I can't deal with the stress of locating things every time, so I need a place with two /sethome things.
I prefer:
Allowed and non-encouraged PVP
Not many admins
