Upcoming Strict Game of Thrones Role playing server! [Dawn of Westeros]

Greetings everyone!
We won't post our server in the 'Servers' section because it's not opened yet.
We would like to announce our GoT server in the making before the opening.
This makes it easier for us to take suggestions, get insights and more... to prepare.
The server includes: Deciding which house you would like to join, where your character comes from, ranks and much much more and more to come!
Ranks can be climbed from commoner to King, depending on where you come from, if you wish!
The map will be Westeros.
There will also eventually be an intelligence system. You won't arrive into Westeros having the knowledge of how to handle a sword, sailing, handling a bow etc in an instant.
Those skills needs to be learned by a teacher that already have the skill(s).
You will also be able to create your character through a form, this is while you choose your house. Keep in mind: If you change your house later on, your character will be cleansed of skills.
By strict role playing. We really mean strict. Underlings needs to call their royal overlords for Your Grace, My King, My Queen, My Lord etc.
Those players with a foreign mother language needs to talk their own language IF... they haven't learned English, which is an intelligence skill. The Dothraki people needs to talk the Dothraki language, Valyrians needs to talk Valyrian and it continues. This will be done via translators, more information about this can be found at our discord.
A list of skills is still getting figured and set up.
Now as you've got some insight about what we're planning, you can continue to follow us at discord. We will not answer your questions in the comment section, but we will however answer every question at our discord. We will also keep everyone updated on the current progress we're going through, including new content.
Since we're in early stages we are looking for staff members. However... we are strict on our staff members. Our staff will stay mature and we will not tolerate our staff being abusive in any way.
You can also apply for lesser roles like Lore master and Helper. Lore masters knows the lore accurately from 90%-100% and will help updating and correct lore on the server and discord. Helpers will assist players with their questions that doesn't require staff action, they will also participate in discussions on new content/upgrades on the server.
Last of all! We need your help with this discussion we've had! Voting on this poll will help us a lot! It's a debate if we'll add mods or not.
Mods will add more content and in general make the server much more content filled and you will experience a better role play feel.
However, without mods you're not in need to download the mod pack we'll use, there will still be plugins. But it will minimize content and role playing on a high percentage.
