I own an MC server and right now I am having major world guard issues
I want to allow my players to buy lots to build shops and stuff in, however my problem is I have my pvp region and spawn region etc protecting spawn and land so people can't lava wall spawn or whatever right?

Now here's the problem the place in which I have the lots is overlapping with the regions of my pvp region and spawn region. Now I want to make certain regions within those regions for players to buy and build shops but there regions are fine, however the spawn and pvp regions are still not allowing the person to build in the region that they bought.

I have tried setting priorities so the player shops regions are dominate, but nothing is working. I have added them as a member and owner to the region and everything I can think of please come online to help if you have the answer
