Any skin, anyone?

I need someone to make me a skin! It must be detailed and is required of the below:
Blue cat with green polka dots
Yellow hoodie, any colored pants, any colored shoes
Black head phones
And don't forget! Ears, tail, and eyes and mouth!

P.S I am strongly aware that my Minecraft skin is already chosen, but I would like a new one ^.^

Any time! I needed something to do. I was on vacation in the Smoky Mountains and am currently returning home, extremely bored. I don’t think my Cellular Data is strong enough for me to post it when I’m done so it might be a few hours.
