Okay, I made a skin last night beefore i posted it i was level 5 i wake up today and see that its removed I think whoever removed it took to much xp because im level 2 now

When a submission is removed, the EXP gained is removed as well. The EXP you gained from the skins you stole was removed when the skins were removed.
Also, do not create a new topic after the previous one was locked. Next rime you'll receive a Forum warning and potentially a ban.

But I think i know now apparently 3 of the skins i made where dleted and only got a notafocation of 1

Hmm how many diamonds/views/downloads did you have, it is quite possible that you had lots of them and lost all xp from them
