Ok so I just made my first skin and the area around the head has like black lines I made it with mcskin3d and I have no idea how to get rid of them any suggestions?

There are a ton of tutorials on how to shade, plus you can just try and find your own style. Well done for a first skin!

For a first skin, this is decent. You have potential.
My advice would be to start learning and practicing shading. I see there's a bit of shading done on it, but it could be better.
And also, the black lines are only a PMC effect. It will not show that in game.
