Hey, instead of waiting for skin makers to come to you. Why dont you go to them? For example: Skin contests. Wait for one of those to roll around and see who has participated. Look at their work and if it is any good and you like what you see.. Approach them. They may or may not answer due to how busy they are or if they want to help you. But you should try this.
