Well, if you've ever played the game "Fallout" or any in the series, that's what sort of skin I want.
I want a guy, preferable in a light-brown jacket (Opened, not zipped up. Inside shirt off white), cyan eyes, shaggy black hair, a pale scar on his lip, wearing dark brown steel-toed boots, and black or dark brown pants. Have a backpack slung on his back(The type with one strap) and some sort of belt.
