Uploading Cartoon Skins

Hey guys! This is currently Ellis here. We are on a mission to level up our profile using only Minecraft based things (obviously). We are finding it hard to level up, I recently began to create Minecraft Cartoon Skins. I can't upload them though, is there any section that I could post them in that would get EXP?

If the skins are the standard size, and have content all made by you. You can upload to the skin section, and get XP. Otherwise, you could upload a blog with the HD skin.

Probably the skins section lol, if they're good, people will diamond/download them which will get you XP!
