Welcome to Lyfe Builds, where magnificent Minecraft builds come to lyfe.
Intro: Hello! My name is [SkyStatus / Hysi], nice to meet you. We are currently looking for builders to participate in building for servers, networks, and more.
Requirements: Builders must be 2 years + experienced, and a portfolio of your builds is required. Age requirement: 13
Spots / Jobs: We have many jobs for you if you are interested into applying (Open ones say [Open]):
[Team Leader]: SkyStatus / Hysi
[Main Builder -- Slots Left: 5] (Open! Job requires building talents and can build a variety of structures / themes.)
[Clean-Up -- Spots Left: 5] (Open! Job requires talents in finding misplaced blocks and symmetry errors. Math / art skills required.
[Helper -- Spots Left: 10] (Open! Job does not require anything in specific, in fact you only need 6 months + in building! Helpers are assigned to a specific main builder.
And comes the exciting part of all: Payment!
Payment happens every month, and is divided (not always equally, this does depend on hard work noticed by leader) upon Main Builders. For Helpers, 1/4 of the payment from the Main Builder is passed on to the Helper (exceptions might happen).
Payment Example:
How dedicated are the builders? (1-10 rated) -- 8
Because the rating is 8, how much do the builders receive? -- 1/2 of whole payment is equally divided upon all builders.
