How good do you think you are?: I have confidence in my building skill and as I have been building for years I can say with confidence that I am at least good. My experience cannot be matched by many so you will not find a better builder than me very easily.
Reasons why we should pick you?: Firstly I am a professional. Secondly I am part of a pro building team so my buddies and I will help you out. Thirdly I am mature and have years upon years of experience so I am a reliable player whom you can trust your server with.
