also a reason i didn't give you much detail (should have specified) is that i want you to put your imagination into it. so that you aren't just slaving away at my idea.

k guys sorry i was wanting to keep this mod quiet for a bit longer but.
my original mod was called shadows vs elves war mod, and now i am making a mod that takes place it the past when all the shadow and elves and stuff were fighting. basicly making minecraft a rpg sandbox game.
thats really the best i can describe it right now.
and if you are worried that the mod will be crappily made like the last one was.

This information is a bit sparse. Generally, I'd like to know what you want built, what you want it built *for*, and why I should take the job.

oh crap sorry i didn't read that right. really however the person who builds it for me wants it. as long as it follows a big grand high elf castle

This really isn't going to cut it. You're basically asking people to do the work to contact you and find out what you want, and their reward is that they get to do free work for you. I highly doubt you'll find any decent builders willing to go to that effort for you. If you want people to lend you their assistance, make it easy for them to do so, don't expect them to find out the information.

How do you forget? You seriously need to add a LOT more information about this otherwise literally nobody will want to do this for you.
