Alright, since this is a palette contest (very original) there will be no set requirements for the skin, besides the fact that, obviously, you must use only the colors provided in the palette.

This would be a good palette for underwater creations. It's rather diluted, it looks like something being seen through, perhaps, a pool. (Not that I'm good enough at skinning to enter, or anything ;-;)
