2. Skinners must skin according to the theme whilst still following the regulations of the obstacles implemented in the round.

3. Skinners are not allowed to submit anything they have create before.

4. A week and three days (10 days) are given to each skinner. Failing to submit a skin will immediately result in an elimination of the skinner.

*Participants are pitted against one another. Once the skins are submitted, they are all put into one poll. Yes, ONE. I, myself, will setup the poll. Other PMC members will then vote for the skins they like.

*Example:
If there are 18 skins, a PMC member can vote for 17 skins that he/she likes. If there are 9 skins, he/she can vote for 8 skins and so on and so on.

*After a week of voting, the two skins with the lowest votes will be eliminated and two days after the results of that previous round are announced, a new theme and challenge is setup for the next round.

*When the final three are battling against each other, most votes declare the winner.

*If a skinner wins a round, he/she can get "invincibility" in the next round. This means that no matter how low the number of his votes are, he can't be eliminated in the round he has invincibility. The skinner who gets invincibility will still have to make a skin in order to keep on participating in the contest.

*Skinners cannot advance to the next round without participating in the previous round. Example, jagogo1265 didn't join the first round but he wants to join the second round. This is not allowed. All participants must go through the first round in order to advance to the next.
