Hello! I had an idea of a Minecraft map, but since I am useless with commands, I am stuck. I need a feather, than when right clicked, gives the player the levitation effect, at level 5, for 2 seconds. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!


P.S. If you are going to make a command, could you add the lore: Legend has it that Icarus flew too close to the sun with this feather. Will you?
