That is not as powerful as the computer OP says he currently has.

OP, RAM is definitely something you should add. Other than that, I think an SSD would be a great addition. Your CPU isn't the best multitasker, but it'll be good enough for playing Minecraft and even some AAA titles at moderate settings. If you're looking to record or stream, I suggest you look towards swapping your Pentium out for an i5 or i7. Even though you won't be overclocking them, you can upgrade to an unlocked CPU like a 4690K or 4790K and still benefit from the increased stock speeds over their locked counterparts.

Your GPU is overkill for Minecraft (unless you want to run high-quality shader packs) and is capable of playing modern AAA titles at moderate graphics settings.

I can't really make specific suggestions without knowing your budget.

The GTX 950 isn't a huge upgrade from a 750 Ti (maybe 33% faster), but it'll give you a nice performance bump. The SSD is pretty great for the money, and the i5 is a drop-in replacement for your Pentium. The RAM is your choice - I stuck in whatever was cheap, but I suggest getting an identical stick to whatever you currently have.

I suggest using MiniTool Partition Wizard to migrate your data from your hard drive to the SSD. It's a great free program and I use it all the time.
