Well, here's something to consider, people love power so some pmc users look for jobs as moderators. Also sometimes they think that, hey a cool banner makes them look better

sometimes banners are fun, sometimes people abuse with them.

also, post USEFUL stuff, or a forum of something popular and make it good.
-do not post things like hubs that already exist (Make shops if you want though)
-don't false advertise by SAYING: PRO-BANNERS AND SKINS-PRO-REALLY GOOD
people hate when they see that you suck
don't ask personal questions like
my friend did this IN ANYTHING BUT EVERYTHING ELSE
-post in the CORRECT CATEGORIES
