1000sub YouTube channel | RECRUITING for events

Hi guys, it's TweetCinema here with a recruitment post.
My YouTube channel currently sits at a cool 1,048 subscribers and I'm pretty happy with that. Due to a massive copyright claim on my intro/outro music 98% of my videos were deleted meaning my viewcounter was reset.
It's time to fight again.
I have spent £200 on upgrading my RAM, External HD for storage and my rendering PC!
So, what are we doing?

So what people are we looking for?
Current roles available:
-Team member (Is in videos)
-Team member (In videos)
-Team member (In videos)
-PR Manager (Background)
-Script writer (Background)
-SysAdmin -TAKEN
Requirements for each role:
-TEAM MEMBER-
+At least 12 yrs of age
+Has a microphone of good quality
+Is available often
+Can be online to 2am GMT (Sometimes required)
+Has Skype
-PR Manager-
+Past experience in PR
+At least 15 yrs of age
+Is a communicative person and can relay information well
+Has a Curriculum Vitae that can be supplied (Not completely required)
+Has Skype
-Script Writer-
+Past experience in writing
+At least 15 yrs of age
+Can relay and express ideas well
+Can talk to an audience of people on their own
+Is creative and expressive
+Has a Curriculum Vitae that can be supplied (Not completely required)
+Has Skype
