hello, im one of the owners of a new and upcoming hub server, we are looking to find a developer to make us a simple plugin for our hub.

We would like to use crackshot, the gun plugin, for our hub, but nerf it, by having players pop, into a burst of effects, like when you hit someone on the shotbow network.

we have the plugin called popper, which mimics shotbow's hit->pop function.
but are looking for a way to pop players whenever they receive damage, for about 10 seconds, and prevent the damage event (sound/losing health)

during the time they are popped, they should be invincible/invisible

Where could i find such a developer?
