Youtube channel banner and icon design needed.

Hello I am just starting a small Youtube channel and would like someone to make a youtube channel banner and icon design for my channel.
I am not artistic and I am just looking for a cartoon style channel banner with a minecraft like nature background and maybe my minecraft skin somewhere in the banner.
The icon can also just be a small cartoon of my minecraft skin. Something simmilar to my planet minecraft image.
If you want to help me or know of a better place I should ask for assistance please let me know.

A little background of me... I am 21, graduate in graphic design but work in motion design so I understand digital design and what works best. What I would like in return however is possible support with advertising an upcoming server I am working on?
