So, I'm getting a new PC, pre-built and it has specs as follows:

I was wondering how it would fare when playing modpacks with 50-100 mods without Texture Packs or Shaders. Any help is appreciated!

Not well. It uses a very low-end CPU with integrated graphics, and doesn't have enough RAM to properly run a modpack.
What's your budget? I'd be happy to help you find a PC that can do what you want.
