Hi, my ask is about that I want to play with my girl this seed: 604443340930998 that has plenty of biomes near the spawn but is 1.7. The thing is... the structures of 1.12 (pre4) will appear in the game? Like the manor, water temple, etc...

When you generate a seed in a new version, the seed is different than in previous versions, so you're likely not going to have the same spawn.
If you were using a map from 1.7 with that seed in a newer version though, new biomes/structures would generate in new chunks, yes.
