I can't find Forge for 1.11.2 HELP!

I'm pretty new to using modded Minecraft and I can't find Forge for 1.11.2. I need somebody patient enough to walk me through installing and using it and different mods like paint and whatnot. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

But I have this same problem because I can't get Java! Can someone walk me through how to install Java so that I can get Forge so that I can get mods?
