Crashing While Opening Controls

I have tried to mod my game before, and everything worked smoothly. This time around though, my game crashes everytime I try and go to Options/Controls. I would like to change some controls for the mod conflicts, so trying to open this with no mods installed would be pointless.

As far as I know, all mods work and there are no problems with that.

star_weaverthis sort of crash really has me stumped, the best advice I can give is to temporarily remove the mods and add them back in a few at a time to see what's causing the issue
It has me quite confused too... I have tried to remove mods and add them back two at a time. This did nothing to stop the crashing, and it stays true to what I said before. The mods are working completely fine.
And Jamzs3, the more recent forge has done nothing to help the crashing (1614).
Palladium Knight, I have already tried this with the first suggestion.
After looking at the crash report, I thought that this crash might be from Better Loading Screen, but it did not do anything to help.
