Crashing While Opening Controls

I have tried to mod my game before, and everything worked smoothly. This time around though, my game crashes everytime I try and go to Options/Controls. I would like to change some controls for the mod conflicts, so trying to open this with no mods installed would be pointless.

As far as I know, all mods work and there are no problems with that.

wont be allowed to send them through dropbox and stuff as its reuploading someone elses work so ill search each mod and edit this when back (internet wants to lag so itll take some time but ye k)
EDIT: before i make google think im ddosing them a third time (which btw is hilarious to me that it thought that... but ive never searched for like 50 mods at once through google itself so ye... but imo was hilarious especially happening 2 times lol)
is the "Tinkers' Armory" setting in TinkersModules.cfg false? found a page saying that causes it
