Hi there, thanks for opening this thread! I am semmiepower901, one of the three owners of TriturPvP, small Minecraft network consisting of three gamemodes, KitPvP, Skyblock and Prison. We are currently looking for some helpers, builders and developers.

Helper
As a helper we will assign you a gamemode and you will gain your helper rank on that server. Your task is to help people out when they have questions and keep the players under control. As a helper you won't get permissions to ban people yet, you can discuss bans in the staff chat, but you are able to mute, warn and kick players from the gamemode you are responsible for. We will observe your behavior closely, and after a few weeks, we will decide if you are capable of being a staff member on our server.
Requirements:
- You must be at least 13 years old!
- You must behave friendly to our players at all times, even if you don't like them.
- You need to be online at least three hours a week, and three days a week.
- You need to have either Skype or Discord to communicate with the other staff.
- You need to speak English fluidly.

Builder
Do you want to help us out by building our maps? Well, you can! We will have you on trial for about two weeks to see what your building skills are, and then we will give you an assignment that fits your skills.

Developer

We are currently looking for some developers that have a lot of experience working with commonly used plugins (including Essentials, PermissionsEX, Votifier and Crates) and that have some experience with coding some basic things that work on their own or hook with other plugins, made with either Skript or Java.
Requirements:
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You must have proper experience with configuring and customizing commonly used plugins.
- You must have some experience with either Skript or Java to create or manage at least some basic things that work on their own or work together with existing plugins (e.g. GUI Menu's, basic Kitpvp scripts).
- You need to help us at least four hours a week!
- You need to have Skype to communicate with the staff team.
- You have to be friendly to our players at all times.
- You have to speak English fluidly!
- You are willing to do this for free.

I want to be staff on your server because I want to become part of a successful server and help the server get to its potential. I want to take part in a very friendly and hard-working team that brings a unique experience to players.
Why should we choose you above other players?
I should be chosen over other candidates because I have the experience that many don't. I've managed plenty of my own servers and help many grow and expand to success. I'm very hard-working, polite and very funny once people get to know me. I have a very happy and positive personality which effects my work ethic and attitude towards the staff and players.

I was staff on a popular server called Desteria. I started as a helper and moved up to the moderator rank which is two ranks from helper. The server was averaging around 600-800 players every day. I was close with the owner as I was one of the longest serving member on the team and I helped advertise the server on a larger scale and helped hire dev and build teams.
Have you ever been banned on a server? If yes, please tell us why.
I have been banned on around four to five servers about two years ago as I use to hack on a lot of servers. I was rarely caught during my two years of hacking but I can use that expertise to identify and catch hackers. To clear up, I haven't hacked since I got banned off my favourite server about a year ago.
What gamemodes do you prefer most? Make a list of the gamemodes you like most.
I love PvP, Skyblock, factions and Towny.

I am fluent in English and Irish and speak a little German. I also have had experience with plugins and scripts but it's been a year or two last tim I did anything like that.

About the server itself, I enjoy everything about it. And i would love to work for a server who is friendly based and have overall fun games

I have a good knowledge of the rules and know how to be mature, but also knowing when to have a laugh. I would take my role very seriously and enforce the rules to high standards. I know how to punish people, e.g. warn, kick,mute which is very handy if I get accepted as a helper. I know I will not get permissions like ban straight away, but I can still warn, etc. Furthermore, I have a lot of experience as being a member of staff suitable punishments to give for minor rule infractions and major rule breakages. I know how to conduct myself as a member of staff as well. Some staff candidates may not be able to dedicated a lot of time into the server, however I can. I have a lot of time to spare on weekends, and on weekdays not as much due to me having to study. I can also join the server at peak times, which links in with me being active. A lot of candidates don't welcome people to the server or give them advice, but I do. I am user-friendly, always welcoming people and donating to those in need who need a helping hand. I am applying to be staff on this server because I absolutely love it. The current community on this server is outstanding and the staff are wonderful. I am planning on staying until the server closes or cannot stay up (not like this will happen). Also, this server has a great extent of potential for becoming a bigger server, and I would love to help get it there. Being helper on this server would also improve the servers player count. I believe that good staff members make people want to stay on servers. If the staff members are nice, knowing that they will be on a lot, people won't want to go because they know they have a good community. I have a lot of experience being a staff member, so I know what I'm doing. Personally, I feel like I can help the community and give assistance to anyone that needs it. I strongly dislike anyone who hacks, cheats, or makes the game unfair for others. I would like to help rid the server of these kind of people.

I think my experience makes me better than the other applications because I have been staff on a lot of servers, ranging from mostly all game modes. I also think my maturity has a role in this. I know how to act in certain situations and how to deal with others. I'm nice and all, but I get my point across. I have applied to become a helper because I believe that I have many things to offer to Tritur. A few things I can help do are to help make Tritur a problem free, hacker free server, and overall a more fun experience. I know that almost everybody says that they just want to help, but I can actually offer many things. A few things I can offer are my creative opinion, support, and answers to many questions of many sorts. One of my specialties is my creativity. I enjoy painting, drawing, and building. For example, tedious work; assisting new players who have absolutely no clue in regards to how to utilize the server's functions. As it is, in my opinion, I already spend more time helping players than the two staff members which I most commonly see online factions, whom I will not name. Additionally, my experience has granted me profound knowledge on the two primary plugins that I will most likely be using on the factions server as a staff member - essentials and Mccore / factions. Not only did I run my own server at one point, but I have been a staff member on countless networks which revolved around these two primary plugins. I know just about everything there is to know about essentials, but most importantly, I'm masterful in terms of my abilities to fully make use of the basic essentials permissions, of which I will most likely be using as a staff member. Whether it's /etempmute or /vanish, I know almost everything - and if something that I'm currently unaware of has been implemented to essentials in recent months, I will have no trouble relearning my skills.

It was during my second year that I really started becoming a prevalent member in various communities, and ever since then, I've been applying and fulfilling staff positions. The first server I was a staff member on was originally a part of the [expunged] network, but it later branched off and became it's own server, then proceeded to eventually die, which was pretty much why I left. I was a guard at first, and although on various servers guards are not considered staff members, on this network, guards were considered staff members; I was granted the basic essentials permissions which are usually granted to helpers and moderators. That was my first staff experience, and that was what really set the bar for me. The highest position I reached was Jr. Warden (the server had E-A block guards, then wardens which were pretty much under-powered administrators). [expunged] had a player average of around 50 (It was an individual server). As soon as [expunged] started to fall apart, I began spending time playing mod packs. The second major server I became a staff member on went by the name [expunged], and at the time, it was the #1 Hexxit server (A technic launcher modpack). Usually, the server averaged around anywhere from 50-200 players at a time. I spent a whole year as a staff member on that server, pretty much until it too started to fade. The final staff position I reached on that network was moderator+; I was offered a promotion multiple times by the staff manager, but towards the server's decline, I wasn't active enough. Honestly, my activity was very dependent on my interest in the server, and at the time, I wasn't very interested in the physical server or the community as a whole. By the time [expunged] was officially done for, I had applied and become a staff member on another modpack server. This one was a bit different - It was a somewhat smaller server (than the last one) and was run in the Crafting Dead Modpack - of which is currently one of my favorite modpacks. The server averaged around 40 players (It wasn't a network), and I was a staff member there for several weeks, until I stopped playing. That server was the last server which I was a staff member on up until now, mainly because after that, I took a somewhat long hiatus from minecraft altogether. On subject of specifically my experience, there are many stories to tell. In between each of the bigger networks and individual servers mentioned above, I did function as a staff member on many others, most of which were rather small or I simply forgot about them over time.

Why do you want to be staff on our server?
Because I really love the server and want to help out. I am also used to the feel of the server, so having me on the staff team would be a benifit for the server. Being staff would really help me too, because I can feel like I am a part of things again, instead of just being some crazy outsider. I would like to be staff because I love to help people. I try to be the best I can be, and try to help people become the best that they can be. In doing so, I believe that I will make the server a more exciting and enjoyable place to come and hangout with their friends and play some KitPVP, Prison or Skyblock. I'm looking forward to playing with all the people that this server brings and want to make it a fun, but well maintained place. I want to be staff because I enjoy helping new people have the funnest experience they can have on servers like these they may need help on. I love playing prison servers and can't wait until the official release of TriturPVP Prison! I already love the staff members which I have met, and I love helping out people that are having trouble, or have found bugs, or who are having trouble with other player breaking the rules.

I don't like to think of anyone better than others, but I am aware that somethings suite some people better than others. I believe this job suits me because I quickly learn from my mistakes and have a natural helping personality. I love to help people exceptionally to the best of my ability and I love to see people happy from what I have helped them with. I'm also very good with people and try to understand their point of view before judging them or making decisions against them, and when I make and argument I try to give examples of why they are right or wrong to the best of my ability. Everyone has their positive and negatives, not everyone is perfect. But I believe that my funny and out-of-this-world personality will make this server a fun and exciting server to be on. I learn fast and always try 110% in whatever it takes. I believe that I am a fun, but mature person for my age and will enforce all rules to the best of my abilities. I will always be on and try all my heart to help players and try to make this server better and fix more bugs. I will guide players and answers questions quickly. I will help them enjoy the server more and maybe they will donate! I think that I will be able to react quick to hackers, and other people breaking the rules, can commit a lot of hours to the server, and I consider myself a pretty fast at typing compared to other people, but that is just my what I think, and I can also be very friendly, and can not get bribed from people trying to get free stuff. Also I will not only punish rule breakers I will learn from previous rule breakers and due to this I will be able to identify and punish hackers suitably and altogether make the community an amazing place to be. I will also not only play just to moderate I will play to have fun, play with others and make others' experience as enjoyable as I can because that is another role of being staff. I understand how to use essentially every punishment command and the basics and some more complicated stuff in Prison and Skyblock. If a player ever needs help with anything I will stop what I'm doing whether it's mining, building or even talking to one of my best friends and I'd immediately attempt to help the player the best I can.

No I have not been banned from any server. I do not use any hacks of any kind and or condone anyone using hacks of any kind. What I can tell you though is I have used hacks in Single Player for the experience in how they work, from me doing that I now know how every hack (at least most) work and I will be able to detect it a little better than people without that knowledge.

A player said in the chat that you are the worst staff member and kept saying that to a couple of people.
If a player claims that i am the worst staff ever i will just respond with why? i will never mute them as i dont see it as a rude thing all i was doing was my job players can say stuff about staff if it gets verry rude or rude we can mute them i do not think this is a reason for the player to get muted as it is not hurting anyone or us .
A player in the chat says he is going to DDoS the server if he gets banned.
I will ip-ban him after i ask a higher staff or the owner before banning him just to check if it is alright to ban him
