  Wow, banners! Isn't this so much nicer than the last announcement post?
  
  For those who aren't aware, Collage is a group dedicated to running community made texture pack events!

  The deadline is approaching! Only a month remaining to get your textures submitted!
  
  
  Common blocks needed!
  
  The pack is looking great, however, we REALLY need the common blocks to be retextured!
  
  It'll really tie the whole thing together if we can get blocks like stone, dirt, grass, deepslate, and maybe netherrack!
  
  If you're interested in doing even one of these, please, go for it!
  
  
  Don't have any experience with making textures? Not a problem!
  
  Making a texture is as simple as making a square image of a block or item - you don't even need to worry about messing with the files if you want to participate, you just need to make the texture itself!
  
  (The rules don't even specify that it has to be pixel art, if ya wanna get creative)
  
  Also, you aren't limited to just items and blocks: If you wish to make mobs, paintings, particle effects, or even the GUI, it's up for grabs if nobody has already taken it!
  
  
  Some textures do work a bit weirdly because of how the game reads it, but don't worry if you make some kind of technical error - I will help you fix it! Don't be afraid to ask for help!
  
  
  
  
  Monthly announcements are a thing now! (Just as long as I remember to make them)
  
  I thought it might be a cool idea if I make a list of people to @ every monthly update, so you get a notification for it - If you think this is a good idea and wanna try it out, let me know!
  
  
  This is a group, and a group is pointless without members
  
  I'm not sure why I haven't decided to do anything about this until now, but better late than never
  
  If you wish to become a member, ask either here or in the group guest book page! Members will be allowed to upload content to the group, wall posts will be reserved for official announcements

  Follow the group to see future posts and announcements, check out the current event if you're interested, and ask if you wish to be notified next time there's a monthly announcement so you never miss any important details!

  I was thinking more of people having the option to send entries by posting it to the group, or *maybe* a way to edit and repost an official event pack once it's released, which would usually not be allowed since it's considered stealing (this would allow the pack to continue growing after the deadline)
  
  Heavy emphasis on "maybe" there because I'd need permission from everyone who entered that they're ok with it, it's just an idea right now

  What would posting content actually do? Is that if we were to make our own collage with another theme?
