I don't think over 5k Undertale skins is Enough, so here's what's gonna be the yearly UNDERJAM!
Everything entered in this Jam must relate to Undertale, this includes Deltarune as it has many of the same characters as Undertale.

Basic Summary

Finalists Jam accepted Skins from participants.
Accepts only standard resolution skins.

Judging

Ranked by Judges - Only members of the jam assigned with judging permission can vote.
Entries can't be updated during the judge phase.
61 day entry period.
7 day review phase after the entry period.
10% of entries ranked as finalists.
14 day voting phase on finalists after the review period.

Rating Criteria

1. Relevance
   Does The Skin Relate To Undertale/Deltarune?
   Rated 1 to 2
2. Design
   How Good Does The Skin Look?
   Rated 1 to 10
3. Creativity
   Is The Skin Different From Other's Skins?
   Rated 1 to 4
4. Cleanness
   Does The Skin Have A Clean Design?
   Rated 1 to 2
5. Is The Skin Canon Or A Documented AU?
   Just To Allow Custom AUs Into The Jam, But Reducing The Points Given By 1
   Rated 1 to 2
