Okay, here's a though.
Perhaps you've heard of the Bouba/Kiki effect.

tl;dr
people are shown these two shapes:


and told that an alien species uses the words Bouba and Kiki as names for them. The people then have to guess which shape is which. In all studies, the majority say that Bouba is the rounded shape, and the jagged shape therefore is Kiki

Anyway, the point of this is, when you make up words, make them reflect the object.
For example, if you're naming a sword as something else, don't call it a "Flub", call it at "Kuh" (Or something along those lines)

Our server is currently down, but when it comes back up you might be interested.
I'll copy the description from the server page, then explain a bit more.

The Forsaken Cities is a project to create a completely functional Vanilla Role-Playing server in Minecraft. It will be populated by creations from the Minecraft community, and will all be open source.

Okay, copying over. Here's a bit more detail about the server.
When you join, you can claim a plot, simply by typing /plotme auto .
This plot is yours, and it can't be touched by anyone without your permission (so no need for worldguard). The server is in creative mode, so you can build whatever you want.

I have to manually add worldedit permissions (A countermeasure to spam), but I can easily do it.

If this sounds at all interesting, the server should be up soon, so add build.forsakencities.com to your server list.

My IGN is KingAmles.
Also, all staff players will have a [Staff] tag before their name (I have had people try come on and impersonate staff, so I added that precaution]

I might have missed something, but it seems like most other MMORPG servers - quests, storyline, classes, plugins that let you do stuff and not much else.

I only ask because i'm also creating an MMORPG, and I have tried to make it different (Planned to be Vanilla, and Public Domain), but it seems to have been ignored.

No other MMORPG has a main story line that would engage you into the game play, my plan is to create a server with free roam that includes a very descriptive story line and side quest chains. Once I get a developer to help my parse my plugin it will be started. I plan to have custom models and mobs in the near future.


Sounds really awesome then! The custom models bit mainly.

Also, I can offer my skills as a web designer to this project, if you're interested. I would write the site in HTML/CSS/Javascript, rather than using Enjin.

I don't want you to pay. I'm just saying, if you say "make me an intro", it's like going into a supermarket and saying "I want something sweet to eat"

Less that 10 seconds, with diamonds is more information. Still, what does it say, what's it for, what mood do you want to create, who will see it etc.
