-About yourself (hobbies, etc): Well because of a spinal fusion I had several weeks ago I been, pretty much, stuck inside recovering. But when I'm able to I'll be returning to guitar and , possibly, join my schools soccer team.

-How dedicated will you be (a day): Per day I have 4-12 hours to dedicate to your server, with most days being 6+ hours.
-What can you offer the server: I can offer my substantial intellect along with my positive and driving attitude to help your community grow. I have owner 3 servers, along with being staff on countless others; you can trust me to handle just about any situation a staff member can run into professionally and maturely. Whether the threat be a simple shouting match or a dangerous hacker, i'm ready to deal with it. My intellect about minecraft and servers is much more potent the the average applicant. I have experience in staff positions of all kinds, ranging from a simple "helper" all the way to "owner". These positions also include Moderator, Developer, and Manager. I have progressed from the bottom to the top of staff positions and I know the usual duties of such positions. I can offer the professionalism that is required with the scrutiny staff are always under, and I can make sure that this community stays clean.

[Owner | I have much experience here. I have owner 3 of my own servers, ranging from prison to a full hub of different servers. I have experience managing teams of staff and hiring staff. I have experience with picking the best application out of many in order to determine the best staff member out of a number of candidates. Besides that job, being an owner has allowed me to observe my staff. I understand better the day-to-day work that Helpers and Moderators do and how to do them. This knowledge has taught me more about how to act as a lower staff member, and how to act with scrutiny always on my back.]
[Admin | I've been an admin many times, and i'd say I enjoy it the most. I love doing behind-the-scenes work on servers to improve them and build onto them. Being an administrator is a lot of work, especially with larger servers. I know that with higher positions comes even more responsibility and scrutiny. Players look up to admins as role models for good behavior a lot of the time, so it's important to look and be professional. Being an administrator has been rather insightful to my work, as it allows me to teach younger staff members and from that, learn from younger staff memers.]
[Moderator | I love this position equally as much (if not more) than Admin. While I enjoy progressing through the staff ranks as servers grow, I also enjoy keeping the chat clean, ridding the server of hackers, and jobs similar to those. Even though "helper" is below Moderator, I understand that it is still outstandingly important to help players when necessary.]
[Helper | This is the "proving ground" for staff members, I've been a helper many times in order to prove that I am as trustworthy and professional as I say I am. It is important to really do your best to help people, since they see "helper" in your job title and therefore will go to you for help or answers. Not only are you under a large amount of scrutiny from the players, but at this stage, executive staff truly see what you can do.]
-About yourself (hobbies, etc): I am a male, and will be in high school this coming school year. I am taking Band, Orchestra, and French II along with core classes. I enjoy music a lot, and it is one of my main hobbies aside from gaming. I play B-flat Clarinet and Cello, and play in the Youth Symphony of Kansas City. I enjoy writing music as well and compose songs for Orchestra and Concert Band. I enjoy gaming and play popular titles including Star Wars: The Old Republic, Minecraft, and Wizard101. I do computer programming on the side and hope to major in Computer Science after High School.
-What is your definition of a community:
I would define "Community" as a type of fellowship among a group of people. It is a connection among many people that binds them together as a community and henceforth, they grow together as friends and family. Community is more than just residing with or near each other, but it is a bond in which a group of people share in order to experience life in a new way together.
Extra: While I am professional, I am still capable of acting like a normal player (because even while staff, I am one!). This skill has come in handy over my time of being a staff member and will for years to come.

-How long have you been playing Minecraft: Since I turned 12 , exactly on my 12th birthday actually and then I just turned 15 a week ago so 3 years.
-How dedicated will you be (a day): 5 hours on school days which is only two more weeks , and then most of the day on weekends and summer vacation days unless I have a vacation or other prior need for me to not be around a computer.
-What can you offer the server: I can offer the server dedication. Dedication to a server is obviously a key thing for a sever to thrive , and I think that's one of the most lacked things among the many failed servers out there. I can also offer a sensible and patient view on conflicts because patience is also one of the top things a server needs and in my personal experience as both a player and another member of staff it is far too stressing to deal with a staff member with a short temper and I myself can keep a level head. I can also offer putting in an optimistic view to the server to keep it a happy place because no one wants to play on servers with a bad aura/ mood surrounding it.
-Previous experience (if you have any): I have been anything you could think of from co-owner to helper . I've done it all but as I said before most of the servers have failed due to the lack of dedication put into them.
-About yourself (hobbies, etc): I'm a cheerleader and a member of the speech and debate team (which means im pretty good at arguments ) I'm finishing my freshman year of high school. I'm a girl if it wasn't obvious. I'm in honor classes and for next year (my sophomore year) I'm adding even more honor classes and I'll be taking journalism 1.
-What is your definition of a community: Well I could give you the general definition of community but I have a feeling that's not what you're looking for so I'm going to say that my definition of community is a family, a group of people who always have each others backs. Even if you fight with your family you always make up and I think a strong community would be similar to that, You cant always ask for the perfect happiest community , but I'd like to make sure the community is as happy as I can within my power keep it.
Extra: I can be totally mature and professional but I still enjoy to have fun and act a little crazy now and then , I want to be one of those staff members players feel like they can talk to if they have a problem.
