I started in late 2011, around the 1.7.3 update. Personally, it may seem like it was better back then, but to compare the newer versions to the older versions is like comparing two completely different games.
I guess it really depends on the person; when it really means something, it's good, but when it's just "1234" or something like that it just seems irrelevant.
Whenever people try to justify prejudicial hate with either their religion or pseudo-science and when people talk about their opinions and their beliefs as though they are fact.
In fact, there is one Minecraft GTA server where the entire server is built upon buying ranks and overpowered gear. If you're not a "donator" you have no chance against a "donator". Most of the best features are reserved to "donators" with no way for a non-donator to get access to the features. The highest rank is 200 dollars with access to every "donor" perk available.
I once joined a server for the sole purpose of freeing someone from a jail. The entire time I was on the server itself kept telling me that it hated me. I freed the guy at least, though.
