CybugI hate (Ad link removed)! It is one of the worst ideas ever! It fails all the time and lags so I have to wait a minute just to download a stupid MAP!
U fail, adfly is only a redirection like bitly, however it shows some advertisements which generates a little bit of cash. The minute before downloading is from the download site itself, adfly only makes u wait 5 seconds because of the ads.
Youtubers are always allowed, please tell me when u have done 10 episodes on the server ( Must show our ip Mc.FutureRealms.nl ), then u will officially receive Youtuber rank. Thanks for ur application!
Could u do a tutorial on how to change a texturepack for Seus Shaders? To use a texture with Seus u need to change the water but I dont understand it ;( Could u do the tutorial on Faithful x32 because I need that one! XD.

As far as I know the Citizens plugin does not cover this. I do know that it is possible using Spout, but as you dont want that it is not possible. What you could do is request this feature on their Dev site.
