    Mapping Month Cancelled!

    I failed. I just wasn't able to do it. I will release the maps intended for the project over time, but not anytime soon! Thank you to anyone who supported me!

    Mapping Month Announcements

    I have failed to create 4 maps in 1 month for various reasons & am making changes - the project will go on, but, it will be renamed to Mapping Summer - the 2nd map will come out during late July & the other 2 during August. This will give me more time for everything! Thank you!

    If I keep working tomorrow with the way I've been today, the map will *hopefully* be released on July 17th... Sorry for the inconvenience, the next 2 maps will be released between 20th & 31st... Once again, sorry for waiting, I just wasn't in the mood to make anything... But if the delivered map doesn't turn out to be *good*, I'll update it to make up for this wait! Thanks!

    The new map WON'T BE released tomorrow or 9th of July. I'm aiming for July 10th, but I'll release further news on that. I wasn't able to work on the map for the past week, so the progress is still very simple. This next map will be an explorer map from a well-known game, I will keep it a secret for now!



    The progress is 30% at the moment (not yet finished with the general layout, not to mention detail on everything). I will show more dedication in the next 2 days so that I can release it by July 10th. Thank you for being patient & sorry for inconvenience!

    i thought i couldn't go there and i didn't go because of that. i thought there was barrier block.
    and also i made a video about other creator's map which was posted on minecraftmaps and he said that he want's me to play his next map xtreme parkour

    Don't know about a parkour map, there are plenty probably... I'd suggest you playing Diversity 2.0, that is a blast of a map!

    That book that is at fountain at the end is far. People will go in house and won't go to fountain because I didn't went. If the book was in house or at the house it would be easy but the map was good. I would be experts explorer if I found that ****

    I want to thank Spy Neti for playing all of my Brave Adventures maps! He made a video where he played all of them! There were some issues because he played in a version newer than 1.8 so there were issues (the maps were made in 1.8). Some exploits are already fixed (he probably downloaded the old version prior to the patch) with the Brave Adventures 3: Impact Update map! Overall, a great gameplay video! Thank you very, very much!

    Thank you for your feedback! There is something like that with books coming in the new map & I started to experiment with the chat feature a bit in the new map, but I will take that into consideration for the 2nd adventure map for the project! I also updated the Brave Adventures 3 The Mission map so it is adventure & it's more straight forward with keys + lighting improvements! Looking forward to seeing you play my new map soon!

    I think it would be good if like when there is old book you need to read it but when there is quest or something it would be good if it was written in chat or it appeard on screen also should be good idea to add voice. But it would be hard work to do this things. I don't know anything to say more I will play your next map and I will not make same mistake that I made in brave adventures because there was written version unknown and I will say if I liked it and what you can improve. Okay goodbye I will see you in 1st if 2nd July. Ofcourse I will write you if you have any more questions to me. I am just saying that I will make video in that dates and I think it will be easy to edit because on that 45 minute map I waited 3 hours and 20 minutes and then 20 minutes to upload. 4 hours in total. So I will see the teaser and I will thnk on it. What would it be.

    I left a comment on the video, commenting on some issues through playing the map (also the 3rd map is fixed with the hole in the last room)... A new patch will come for the old 3rd map to make it in adventure & non-exploitable + improvements to lighting!

    and i am 13 years old and i am playing minecraft from age 8.
    when i started 1.8 was the newest version and i also thought that minecraft was free because i played on cracked version (i am still playing on cracked version. it is not like cracked it is a launcher where you can choose your skin and name but you can't join premium servers. that doesn't bother me because i only play maps or build my map that i have made. it is not big but i have made big changes so when i update it it will be different with new building and grey road and street.

    it needs 3 hours to edit because it is 42 minutes long with 42 minutes long music so it is big. it has evey part. (mini-games also)

    Oh, it says that it can just break white wool but it can destroy any, it just says it like that as you can't choose which wool you want to give it the ability to destroy, which means it can destroy any wool

    Thank you for playing! Can't wait to see the video, the wool stick breaking part shouldn't be bugged as I have tested it yesterday and there was no issue, maybe we're not thinking on the same thing though

    I've made a post about what this is, but this is the official post & from now there will be info on the actual maps & things featured in them.

    Welcome to Mapping Month!
    - Mapping Month is a project of mine where I will get the opportunity to learn new things & develop my knowledge/skills while building these adventure maps. The project is about releasing new maps for an entire month!

    How does it work?
    - Every week, a new map will come out & be available for playing. This means there will be 4 new maps over 4 weeks. 2 of those maps will be adventure maps - they will be different from the ones that I've made in the past & it will be an experiment how well can I do in a short period of time. The other 2 maps will be non-adventure, but more like explore maps from familiar places.

    Why am I doing this?
    - This is an experiment - I will be able to learn more about creating a good map & making it work very well. It will sure be a new experience & a new chance to improve upon my mapping!

    When does it start?
    - Mapping Month will start in July. There will be further announcements on the exact date & when will the first map come out. When the first map comes out, I will give my best to post the next map 7 days later. I am looking forward to good feedback & am excited to see the results of this project!

    As I've said, there is something big coming in either June or July (TBD).

    The name will be "Mapping Month"

    What's up with "Mapping Month"?

    Well, that is my project planned for either June or July & the whole point of this project is that new maps will be coming for the entire month (one new map each week). This will contain both adventure maps & regular maps from other familiar games.

    What is the point of this?

    By doing this, I will advance my mapping skills. The maps will probably be on a higher level compared to the previous maps like "Brave Adventures series" or the "Five Nights at Candy's 2 map" in Minecraft". By creating & updating the Brave Adventures franchise I've been improving my map creating skills & I've been getting more ideas by doing that. Compare the first Brave Adventures map & the third one (especially the lastest "Impact Update" version), the third one is more edited & better. Instead of having a linear map like the first BA map, I've succeeded in making one location (building) map work as an entire adventure map where you have to explore it in order to complete it. These maps will be a bit more complex & will feature more quests than Brave Adventures. As for the regular maps like FNAC2, they will be edited & made to represent the originals as much as possible, FNAC2 was my first attempt at such a thing & I can do it even better.

    When will it come out?

    As I've previously said, either June or July (start of months), each week, a new map will be published, most likely 2 adventure maps & 2 regular maps. I will give my best & I hope I will learn something from this, it sure will be interesting!
